WHAT IS Pickleball

Pickleball is a racket sport played with a flat racket and a hollow plastic ball with holes. The net is 91.44 cm high at both ends and 86.36 cm in the middle. The court is the size of a badminton court – 13.40 cm long by 6.10 cm wide. Pickleball is played in singles, doubles and mixed doubles and is suitable for people of all ages. It is a 100% inclusive sport with strong social relevance. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States and the world with 38,000 courts to play. More than 36.5 million people practice pickleball worldwide, and their number has grown by 159% in the last 3 years!

This social phenomenon attracts new and new players and fans from all over the world because of the great opportunities it provides. Pickleball can be played anywhere and requires no special equipment other than pickleball rackets and pickleball balls.
